William Vinson Goad, 94, of Willis, Virginia passed away Tuesday, February 04, 2025, at the Springs Nursing Center.
He was born on September 8, 1930, in Willis, the son of the late Earvin & Suzie Dalton Goad.
Mr. Goad retired from VA/NC Company as a truck driver. He was an avid hunter and hounds’ man, dedicated husband, friend and neighbor.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Reva Martin Goad; and siblings, Beatrice Brazell, Olivia Goad, Flossie Hicks, Belva Pauley, Ernest Goad, and Mavis Hildenbrand.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, February 23, 2025, at Turman Cemetery.
