HOT SPRINGS— Joy Robin Williams, 59, of Hot Springs, Virginia died Wednesday, September 12, 2012 at her residence.
She was born in Richmond, Virginia, the daughter of the late Edna (Kellogg) Haynes Emerson.
Joy enjoyed knitting, crocheting, watching movies and shopping. She never knew a stranger and enjoyed the company of others.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Earnest E. Williams, Jr. of Hot Springs; her children, Earnest Douglas Dale Williams of Hanover, Virginia, Joy Lee Williams of Hot Springs and Charles Edward Williams of Hot Springs;
a brother, Eddie Emerson of Hanover; and a sister, Alma Turner of St. Augustine, Florida.
She was preceded in death by a son, Edward Lee Williams.
