David W. Gallahan, 58, of 113 Skyline Drive, Staunton, Virginia, met with untimely death in July of 2012.
He was born in Staunton on August 17, 1953 to the late Francis & Virginia Jolly Gallahan. David was a loving and devoted son.
He is survived by two special aunts, Martha Jolly of Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Betty Jolly of Goshen, Virginia; a special uncle, Frank Jolly & wife Ann of Goshen; aunts, Marie Robinson of Hot Springs, Virginia, Betty Manning of Statesville, North Carolina, Ruth Jolly of Cadiz, Kentucky, and Ruth Woolgar of St. Paul, Minnesota; a brother, James Gallahan; and several nephews & cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five uncles, Harry Jr., Robert, Donald Lee, Billy, and Ralph Jolly.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Friday, August 24, 2012 at Bratton’s Cemetery in Millboro, Virginia.
