Larry Milton May, 64, of Bacova, Virginia died Saturday, April 29, 2017 at his residence.
He was born August 20, 1952 in Covington, Virginia, the son of Ashby Milton May and the late Shirley Anne Cook May.
Mr. May was employed as a technician with Bath County PSA. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and the great outdoors. He was a loving son, father, grandfather and brother.
Mr. May is survived by his father, Ashby Milton May of Bacova; his daughter, Shana May Hatzopoulos of Chesapeake, Virginia; a grandson, Nicolas Hatzopoulos of Chesapeake, Virginia; a sister, Terry May Butler & husband Ronnie Morris Butler of Bacova; a niece April Graves and a nephew Ricky Graves.
A funeral service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Virginia Chapel United Methodist Church with Pastor Lorrie Aikens officiating. The family will receive friends & a meal will be provided immediately following the services in the church social hall.

We are so sorry to hear of Larrys passing. He battled diabetes for a long time. He was a very nice young man with curly hair, big brown eyes with a smile on his face. Know how much you will miss him.
