Tonya Marlene Keyser Howard, 54, of Monterey, Virginia passed away Saturday, September 21, 2024, at Warm Springs, Virginia.

She was born November 5, 1969, in Hot Springs, Virginia, the daughter of the late Paul Edward Keyser, Sr. and Helen Margaret Thomas Keyser.

She was faithful mother to three children. She enjoyed cleaning, cooking, and spending time with friends. She loved to do adult coloring as a past time.

She is survived by a son, David Howard of Millboro, Virginia; two grandchildren, Laykan Howard and Nevaeh Howard both of Covington, Virginia; two brothers, Paul Edward Keyser, Jr. and Charles William Keyser & wife Elizabeth “Disel” all of Hot Springs, Virginia; a sister, Michele Plecker & Fiancé Randy Hunt of Monterey; several nephews and one niece.

She was preceded in death by two children, Curtis Lee Keyser and Matthew Howard.

A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
