Matthew 19:14 English Standard Version (ESV)
14 but Jesus said, “Let the little children come to me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of heaven.”
To Abby’s grandparents and loving family members, I am profoundly sorry for your great loss. Abby was a gift from God, which is evident by the loving memories you will cherish all your life. If you are Bible readers may you find some comfort in Psalms 147:3 where it says that God heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. He also promises to resurrect those asleep in death to a wonderful new life on a cleansed earth, free from suffering and disease. You can be sure your beautiful Abby will see this wonderful promise fulfilled. ~John 5:28,29; Revelation 21:4
Words are very hard to come by to explain the sorrow for this family. May God be with each of you and keep his loving arms around you. It was so hard to read about something like this happening in Bath County where I was born and raised. I now live in North Carolina; however, was just home visiting in November. It really saddens me to hear about this. Rest In Peace Little Angel Abby.
