Doris Faye Crooks Anderson, 63, of Warm Springs, Virginia passed away Friday, August 28, 2020 in Richmond, Virginia.
She was born September 3, 1956 in Bath County, VA, the daughter of Ardie Rae Bradley Robertson and the late Charles Griffith Robertson, Sr.
Doris was formerly employed as a retail worker for the Homestead Resort.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her grandchildren; brothers, Glenn Robertson and wife Sherrill of Burnsville, VA, Robert “Bucky” Robertson and wife Kimm of Covington, VA, David Robertson and wife Susan of Covington; sisters, Alice Walton of Clifton Forge, VA, Rachel Thompson of Millboro, VA, Myrna Davis and husband Walter of Warm Springs, Brenda Robertson of Covington, Shirley Ingram and husband Guy of Millboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Tommy” Leon Anderson, Sr.; a son, Eddie Carper; and a brother, Charles “Bimbo” Robertson, Jr.
A private memorial service will be conducted at a later time.

Worked with Doris at the Salvation Army in Covington as Volunteers. Always had a smile and kind word for anyone she come in contact with. May God bless all of the family and comfort them at this time.
