  2. Good ol’ Gene. He gave me lots of advice on life. I thought of him as a father figure. Dearly loved and respected this guy. I will never forget the day I, along with all the Freeman clan, rode motorbikes to a fire tower station on top of the mountain. There was a welcoming book located at the station that you could sign and Gene wrote” Here I stand with 27 Freemans and one RC” I’ve never forgotten that day way up in the hills of Poor Valley WV, many years ago. Rest in peace my friend.

So sorry to hear of Ed’s passing. We had the honor to have known him and your family for many years starting with the Nabisco years and many years after. Fishing, boating, Florida, socializing and hunting with Al. I treasure all the memories. I just feel he and Al will continue to watch over us until we meet again.

    Thinking of you
    With Sympathy and love
