Eleanor D. Collins, 70, of 4951 Sam Snead Highway, Hot Springs, Virginia, passed away Wednesday, December 24, 2013 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia.
She was born July 12, 1943 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of the late John Floyd Collins and Olyve Costner Collins.
Ms. Collins was a retired school teacher from Valley Elementary School in Bath County.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
