Katharine Stewart Windsor, 69, of 95 Ginseng Mountain Lane, Blue Grass, Virginia died Friday, March 23, 2012 on State Route 220 on Rocky Ridge in Warm Springs, Virginia.
She was born July 16, 1942 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Robert Grant Jaite and Doris Walton Jaite.
Ms. Windsor was retired from Bacova Guild as an IT manager. She was an avid UNC Rams Club member. She loved Highland County and the folks who lived there. She was a loving sister, aunt and friend to all.
She is survived by her two brothers, Robert “Bob” Jaite, Jr. of Cleveland, Ohio and Richard Jaite of Roseboro, North Carolina; two nieces, Leigh Howell and Renee Janerico both of Durham, North Carolina.
She was preceded in death by an infant sister.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by McLaughlin and Young Funeral Home in Hot Springs.
