Phyllis Tarbox Brogan, 77, of Hot Springs, Virginia, passed away Thursday, July 9, 2026, at the Springs Nursing Center in Hot Springs.
Beloved wife and mother, Phyllis is survived by her two sons, Brian Brogan and Albert Brogan, both of Radford, Virginia.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Brogan, in 2021.
