Sandra Lee McElwee Rojsuontikul, 59, of Locust Grove, Virginia, died Tuesday, September 23, 2014 at Culpeper Regional Hospital.
She was born September 28, 1954 in Petersburg, Virginia, the daughter of the late George Nelson and Earlean McDaniel McElwee.
Sandra was a faithful housewife and loving mother, who enjoyed crafting, making jewelry and working in her garden. She took a special interest in her boys’ sports activities and everything they were involved in. She loved to spoil her two jack Russell terriers “Blue” and “Pixie”, and loved all animals and pets.
She is survived by her husband, Sam Rojsuontikul of 3489 Rapidan Hill Drive, Locust Grove, Virginia; 3 sons, Dennis Rojsuontikul and wife Magdalena of Springfield, Virginia, Bryan Rojsuontikul of Washington DC, Steven Rojsuontikul of Washington DC; two brothers, James Preston McElwee of Hot Springs, Alan McElwee of Locust Grove; two sisters, Mary Ann McElwee of Covington, Virginia, Rosemarie Rexrode of Bluegrass, Virginia; four nieces, Lisa McComb, Michelle Ryder, Crystal Rexrode, Mindy Rexrode; 2 nephews, Danny Woodzell and Christopher McElwee.
A funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, October, 4, 2014 at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home with Pastor Frank Neff officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services from 2:00 – 3:00 p.m.
