  14. Julia, Tamra and family, I had the pleasure of working with Scott several years ago at the Rockingham County offices. I was stunned and saddened at the news of his passing. He was one of the best (and most memorable) co-workers I’ve ever had. What a truly, truly, nice guy and what a great sense of humor he had. My heart breaks for you. I am so, so very sorry for your loss — the loss of such a sweet person. May God comfort you during this difficult time. You are in my prayers.
