Shirley L. Webb, 77, of  Hot Springs, Virginia, formerly of Oxford, Pennsylvania, passed away Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at the Springs Nursing Center in Hot Springs.

She was born June 4, 1936 in West Grove, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Ralph E. Lam and Anna C. Dickerson Lam.

She was married to the late William Webb.

Mrs. Webb was a housewife. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Oxford, Pennsylvania; where she was the pianist for the church. She enjoyed taking walks and always had a house full of “boys”. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by two children, Johnny Webb of Maryland and Charles “Chuck” W. Webb & fiancé Trish of Hot Springs; 7 grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren; a brother, Sam Lam & wife Gail of Lincoln University, Pennsylvania; and a sister; Rose Tony of Turnersville, New Jersey.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 15, 2014 at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home with Rev. Garland Humphries officiating.
