Thomas E. Gwinn, 73, of Newport News, Virginia died Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Riverside Regional Medical Center.
He was born June 3, 1941 in Huntington, West Virginia, the son of the late Alexander Clete Gwinn and Otelia Romm Gwinn.
He was employed with Con Agra Frozen Foods as a machine operator until 1997.
He is survived by his wife, Margaret Irene Woods Gwinn of Newport News; four children, Thomas Gwinn & wife Randi of Seattle, Washington, Lewis Gwinn & wife Dawn of DeCapalus, Indiana, Billy Gwinn & wife Amanda of Sugar Grove, Virginia and Teresa Gwinn of Newport News, Virginia; 10 grandchildren; and a sister, Vickie Moody of Newport News, Virginia.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Friday, May 1, 2015 at Paxtons Chapel in New Castle, Virginia.
