Tracy Richard Williams, 54, of Millboro, VA passed away peacefully Saturday, August 23, 2025, at his residence. He was born June 27, 1971, the son of the late Glenn Charles Williams and Helen Mae Lindsay Williams, and was a lifelong resident of Bath County.

Tracy was a Master Carpenter and on his time off was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish with family and friends. He enjoyed fishing bass tournaments with his dad; Tracy could catch fish where no one else could and was Virginia State ABA champions 13 out of 14 years.

Tracy was an especially caring soul and was loved by all who were fortunate enough to know him. Tracy was a graduate of Bath County High School and a longtime member of the Millboro Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by his brothers; G. Reid Williams of Carrollton, Virginia; Neal E. Williams & wife Rosemary of Prairieville, Louisiana; plus several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Cory Wayne Williams.

A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Windy Cove Cemetery with Reverend Con Sauls officiating. Interment will be at Windy Cove Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to McLaughlin & Young Funeral Home.
