She was born January 1, 1939 in Staunton, Virginia, the daughter of the late Robert Elmer Lair, Jr. and Gladys Corrine Kyle Lair.
She was a former secretary.
She is survived a niece, Terry Crum of Chesterfield, Virginia.
A funeral service will be conducted at a later date.
