We were neighbors of Wilma and Jay in Westminster, MD for several years. We are so sorry to hear of her passing, our thoughts and love go out to Jay and her children. Wilma was a wonderful person, who would do anything for you. She was kind hearted and down to earth. She also had a great sense of humor – I’ll always remember her yelling out her bedroom window at us when we left in the early morning to have our first child – “I hope you all are going to have that baby now!! Good Luck” She was a sweetheart! Again, heartfelt sympathy to all her family and friends she left behind. Rest in Peace, Wilma
